video playback trouble using pro res 4444 & aja kona LHi - proper settings?

Hi -
My husband is trying to playback his movie from his FCP 7 timeline to an external monitor via an HDMI connection using Apple Pro Res 4444 and an Aja Kona LHi video card. He suspects he may need to change his video playback settings.
Does anyone have ANY advice on which settings he should be using for this card? I've attached a photo of his current audio video settings and a page showing the HDMI info page. (FYI - 1920x1080)
We have a public screening tomorrow and need to get this to playback on a monitor ASAP.

Change from ProRes (LT) to PRoRes 4444 in the A/V Settings. Just off the top of my head.
