Log and transfer MTS file without the file structure? was created by lithe_lilith

So it's been a while since I used FCP7 and I only grabbed my MTS files off of an SD card and put them on my hard drive, instead of grabbing the whole folder or waiting to log and transfer the files. I can't get the SD card back; is there another way to get the MTS files onto FCP or some other way to transcode the files?
