Recurring 'Exporting XML data' dialog interuppting workflow

Hi friends,

I have an issue with a regularly occurring dialog box which stops workflow
while it processes.

'Exporting XML data'

In the past, I do not recall ever seeing this... but
now it has become so bad that every 2nd edit or so, this box appears,
a bar renders across my screen and blocks my workflow.

How do I stop this from occurring ?
Can anyone please help ?
