What is this transition ???

i have been always wondering about this technique and transition style ... can anybody tell me the name of the transition and if someone provide tutorial or method to do will be great help...

Without going in to FCP to see if I can recreate this transition (yet) it looks like a push wipe on a diagonal combined with a cross dissolve overlaid on top of the push wipe. I'll give it a try and see if that is even doable.

Yeah transitions rule, I love the possible combinations when you start to stack them. Sweet little video of all the transitions in amovie there, will have to find some more of those

They actually shoot in camera to set up for those transitions. Wipes combined with the action in the clip, very simple. But you have to set it up in the original shoot first.
