Lip sync issues for Music Video was created by Gregory Everett

A client shot a music video on a RED Epic. He was attempting an effect where the artist would dance in slow motion but her lips would be in sync. He shot the performance at 60 fps and had the playback sped up time and a half. What percentage do I speed it up in FCP 7 to make the lips in sync. I know this sound like an insane math problem. It is!
