I need help. Im using FCP 7 and I want to know if there's a way to simulated this effect at 29sec in this specific video. Its a medium shot of a female dancing and she kind of does this stutter thing. Please if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. THANKS!

There is a stutter effect in Motion you could use. Or just manually cut out a few frames within the clip here and there. You'd want to match it with audio wave forms to match the beat.
