UPLOAD to YOUTUBE?

Can somebody help me improve this image quality problem (see attached)? I've spent at least 100 hours
researching solutions and trying different ideas.. to no avail.. I'm sure the answer is dead simple, like always.. I'd be forever grateful for any help!!

The original photosthop version seems blurry to start with. I'd use Motion, but use Photoshop, Pixelmator, whatever you're comfy with. Create it from scratch. Use a cleaner, more clear font. That red is also bad for video. Desaturate it a bit. Over saturated reds can cause blur in video. Yeah, none of those versions looks usable at all, and it not salvageable as is. Where did the original come from?

RED is very hard to encode. I've found it always comes out pixelated even on high bitrates in H.264
