Hello,
i had experimented with 50fps on my new d5300 and in some footage i set 1/100 speed for slowing down later on. now i decided to go with original speed and the video doesn't look smooth (since i had to set 1/50 instead). is there a way to solve/smoothen the footage (shutter speed problem) in post?

Select the clip, Option-Command-R will reset the clip to its original speed.
