We have 2 editors for this project. We have a rough cut due asap and are simultaneously editing on 2 separate computers, with 2 completely separate project files (because we don't have time.)
Is there a way to import a sequence from a project on one hard drive, onto my project on a different hard drive?

Simply copy Final Cut's project file between computers, that's all you need. IF they both have the same media imported and organized the same way.
