Auto Rendering files was created by Starfox
Hi guys,
Is there a way i can render files to an external drive?
I know i can bounce the final project to an external but when i am working on a project and need to change settings on an imported file, auto rendered files gets saved to this location user/documents/FinalCutProDocuments which take up allot of space, it would be so much easier if i could save these auto rendered files to an external?
Can i do this?
Thanks
Shane

What version of the application are you talking about? This is the Final Cut Pro X forum.

Final Cut Pro>System Settings. First panel Scratch Disks lets you set where the render files go. They should be an a separate media drive with the media for the project.
