Presets preferences to select in FCP7.0.3 when wanting to import iphone5 video

iphone5 & Mac Tower running FCP7.0.3
I've viewed a few tutorials that deal with iphone4 into FCP7 and learned that I must first import my footage to iPhoto then create a droplet in compressor and then I'm able to bring in the converted video file to FCP7...
...but with all the codec and preset choices I'm first wanting to know which I should select when first starting up FCP7?
My final out put will need to be HD 1920 x 1080 probably QT for web or email. So I not looking for max resolution or huge files sizes, it will be for web - BUT its actor audition material so i want them to look their best;)
Based on the above final output needs would should I select as either my "easy setup" or "audio video" settings?
(I tried it few times on my own trial and error and I keep getting df warnings, etc.)
