Wrong Audio Duration on Audio FIle import ( AIFF, AIFC, WAVE )

Hello,

I filmed a Movie Clip,
The Audio Track recorded in 48 KHZ on Logic Pro : Duration 5'25"10
The Video Recorded with Video Camera : Duration 5'25"10
all records with a Clap at the beginning in order to sync them on FCP.
They have got the same Duration.
But once i imported the audio Track still in 48KHZ, the audio track in the final cut track timeline is 5:25:04 Long. So it means it has lost 6 Frames. ( like if it was a 30 fps in the preview window )
i cant sync them except if i change the speed of the audio track, but it is not normal at all.

Is there any Codec, or bug i could fix ? i think my FCP 7 doesnt like the audio files..for some reason.

Be sure the audio file is AIFF, and the Sequence is set to 48kHz.
