I have Soundtrack Pro, how do I properly install them in FCP X?

As advised by Apple in 2011 I have FCP7/Studio installed on another startup disk. I found the Soundtrack Pro audio loops and put them in /Lbrary/Audio/Apple Loops/Apple in the startup disk with FCPx. When I open up FCPx in the Music & Sound browser there are 2 Apple Loops for Soundtrack Pro folders!! Is this a bug? Or did I do something wrong? Should I delete the files in the Apple Loops Index folder, would that fix things? I like how finally the Apple for Soundtrack Pro folder is no longer greyed out, but I don't like the extra folder there.

Also, why is there 2 Final Cut Pro Sound Effects folders, one of them is greyed out.

Don't delete the files in the index folder. Those only let the browser in Soundtrack and FCPX know what directories your loops are located in. There is an extra Final Cut Pro Sound Effects Folder on my system also. I think this is a bug as it contains nothing and doesn't appear twice in the finder.

Not sure about the Apple Loops for Soundtrack Pro folder. I only have one. Maybe you created the second one based on how you put your loops into FCPX.

Did you have the trial version of FCP X installed before paying for it?
