exporting a title for non FCPX or Motion use on PC?

I have a project that's a three day professional seminar - I've created a title sequence and an outro sequence in Motion and have been using them to top and tail short movies (max 20 min) covering day 1 of the seminar. The outro I don't edit, but the intro title I have a placeholder text for the number and title of the short movie.

A mate in Australia has offered to help me with the editing of the 2nd and 3rd day, and for obvious reasons we'd like to keep the "look" of the resulting movies consistent.

He's not using a Mac so is there any way of my being able to "share" my intro title such that he would be able to enter his own title text?

The outro I'm guessing is as simple as him just dropping it in like any other bit of video?

thanks in advance

cheers

Nope. Motion only exports templates for FCP X, or QuickTime movies. That's it.

Ok fair enough. Guess I'll just have to make the intro a standalone movie - He can always insert a title screen at the beginning - I'll just have to get rid of the placeholder text.

Here's what I would do, for consistency and a more final professional polish. Do your titles templates as you want them all to look. Then tell him when he needs a title, give you the text to enter, put it in (in Motion), export as a QuickTime movie, let him use that to overlay on his video.
