FCPX What's in and what's been left out

Thought I'd start this thread to make a list of features we know are in FCPX and maybe more importantly features or compatibility that isn't there.

I'm thinking about XML, taking projects from FCP7 to FCPX etc

Let's try to keep it to hard data once FCPX has been released - it will make a good thread.

Here is a very important and asked feature!

Tape-based import
Final Cut Pro supports streaming DV capture through FireWire. Or capture video from tape using third-party video cards and software. Let the capture run in the background at your workstation or use a dedicated capture station.

No XML out

1300 free sounds effects available as an extra free download from inside the app

No native RED support. Quite surprising you would have thought that was a given

Is there no R3D support what-so-ever, or is there just no native option? IE, can you import/transcode R3D media at all?

Remember if there are features you want to see - Multicam, Tape timecode support, external mointoring, 3rd party capture card support (I am currently using a Blackmagic card on one machine and a Matrox Mini with max on another) I really want support for my cards. You can submit feedback by choosing Final Cut Pro in the menu bar and then selecting provide feedback.

It seems that the exposure adjustments in the colorbox aren't behaving as you'd expect.
When I have the videoscopes active and drag the Global exposure slider down I can drag the blacklevel far below zero percent. The black level plummets to about minus 15 percent before it clips into black. Weird.
