I checked the proxy on editing and playback.

Video Frames were dropped during playback

Issues that may affect playback include available memory, disk speed, graphics performance, and processor performance

It's not uncommon for many hardware configurations to drop frames on playback. It's not a big deal. Turn off the warning if you wish, I have.

What hardware are you on?
