How do i achieve this effect

how do i achieve this effect i found it on a few music videos. The effect im talking about is the 3d type effect with the color like how a 3d movie look without the glasses on. Are they extra plugins that i need to dl and what plugins are they if so.

Chromatic Aberration - a RGB channel distortion effect?? Im not 100% sure..

It looks like this plugin can do it.. Although its a side feature of shaky cam..

Ah yes, the fake 3D effect. CHV has a plugin that does this exact thing. Takes the RGB channels, separates them out, let's you offset and adjust each independently. It's in their "QC Integration FX V2.0.0" package, which comes with lots of nice effects.

Motion has a filter built-in that does this, too, I believe. I'll have to verify this when I'm back at my edit bay.
