Remove yellow Guides ?

Does anyone know how to disable the magnetic yellow guides appearing in the canvas when an on screen control is centered vertically or horizontally ?

If you reposition the clip by selecting and moving the clip,
anywhere on the clip, but not using centre guide. This disables the
magnetic Horizontal and Vertical guides.

Thanks Jimmy but it doesn't help, my problem is with an effect control point that is centered and always magnetized by the guide so it removes all the precision near the center...
I really want do disable the magnetic guides.....

Try moving the Control Point with Command selected
