CAN ANYONE HELP ME FIND SOME REALLY COOL BACKROUNDS FOR MUSIC VIDEOS. ILL APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU

Depends on what type of music, what story you're trying to tell, etc. But you can find animated backgrounds all over the place. A Google or Yahoo search for "animated backgrounds" will list many resources. You can also use Motion to create your own.

MOST OF THE ONES I FIND ARE REALLY CHEEESY AND WACK LOL. IM LOOKING FOR LIKE A HIP HOP/R&B/HOUSE MUSIC TYPE OF FEEL

I'm mostlikely too old to know what a hiphop/house feel is and might have a definition of R&B different than yours, but you can get elements from e.g. Digital Juice that you can mix and animate in Motion or AE.

Also check out footage firm which has a lot of static and motion backgrounds in various categories. You'll be able to preview them to see if they meet your needs. Note - they are not free, depending on the promotion you'll pay $5 to $9 per DVD.
