Xsan article

I have never used XSAN so i dont know how useful this is but i found it an interesting read, hope others can make use of it.

Apple also has a good white paper on how to use FCP X with XSAN. Only larger facilities with several editors who have to collaborate will have XSAN running. I design and work with these systems a lot. I find it funny that some folks think Apple is going to drop XSAN. That's just not going to happen. There's no need for servers when we can use Mac Minis with a T'bolt XSAN adapter for Metadata Controllers. With T'bolt the need for massive towers is really coming to and end.
