Downloading X was created by parkerhqj
I just had to replace a new hard drive and have done a clean install. When I go to the App Store, I have all my apps available to redownload except FCPX (Motion & Compressor are available). When I go to my other computers where I installed it, it is available there. How can I work around this? Thanks.

Only thing I can think of is that you might have clicked the little x that shows up to the app in your purchased list. To restore I think you go to your account setting and reset your purchase history?

How many Macs do you have FCP X on already?

This has happened on our side on one of our Macs and fixed the issue...Seanus wrote: Only thing I can think of is that you might have clicked the little x that shows up to the app in your purchased list. To restore I think you go to your account setting and reset your purchase history?

Thanks. I looked under hidden purchases and there it was. Not sure why I would have hidden it - why would anyone do that?

If you had a large amount of purchases and wanted to clean up the screen to avoid clutter and only show specific ones you could hide some of the apps.
Creating history....one edit at a time !
