How do I get rid of free-trail effects & transitions

Hi to all,

I installed some "free" effects such as suragfx. As they are not free I want to remove them from the system. When I delete them in Motion/templates they are somehow installed again after restarting FCPX.
How can I get rid of them? Almost feels like a virus.

You can easily activate/deactivate the individual products so that only the effects you want show up inside your host applications.  See the following tutorial:



You can also remove FxFactory completely using uninstalling:
