FCP x fog effect template? was created by Schwer

Hey just wondering if anyone had a cool fog effect template that I could use to simulate this fog in the video..

I know the fog in this video is real just wondering if there were any templates or plug-ins created that I could use as an effect. Thanks

Here's an effect that will do what you are asking, although this is a transition.

If you are familiar with Motion 5 there are also fog effects which could be rigged and published to FCPX.
