error message when http stream shareing was created by Dougofdarkwater
I've been exporting to http streaming, about 10 projects so far, but not yet made any projects live on line yet.
Since the latest /first update, I get an error message saying, you do not have write access to the export directory.
Any ideas? there is room on the hard drive. and several external drives plugged in. I have tried re-instal, unplugging external drives but get same message.
thanks

Sounds like you just don't have write permissions for that drive, assuming you are able to write (export) to the other drives.
If you select the drive in the finder and choose "Get Info" you can view the read-write access permissions for that drive at the bottom. To change the permission if it is read only, you can click the padlock to unlock the controls and then select read-write as needed. I assume this is your drive and you are an admin on the system. If you are logging in to a system shared by others and someone else is the owner of that drive you wish to write to, then this won't work.
