I was wondering witch way of putting your Final Cut Pro X edit on youtube would be the best (Highest Quality), Using the YouTube Share feature built in or exporting the file then manually uploading it to YouTube?

Well, the short answer is that you could clearly make a higher quality version of your finished video by exporting a full res movie and then transcoding in Compressor (depending on settings) than you could with the standard Youtube share function. Bear in mind that the file size and playback ability online should factor into that decision.

For web use, I encode using Quicktime 7 and set for a medium to high quality h.264 file. This yields small files and great quality.
Kudos to BenB for giving me that tip.
