Hi All.

It has been a little while since doing some editing in FCP. I am having an issue when I open a Library I can no longer see anything playing in my viewer. Photos and video. I see thumbnails in browser. If I click play Isee nothing in the Viewer. This goes for used and unused media. Any ideas what I am probably doing wrong?

I'm on a MBp 2018 OS 13.4.1 c  FCP 10.6.6

Oh and just reset Prefs. Still same problem.

OK. Got it working. I just restarted Mac and now seem mostly normal

Do you use Chrome? It has a history of clobbering a Mac's video toolbox for no good reason.

Thanks. No Chrome. Its been a while since I even launched FCP, and I think with all the updates, os and apps, things just got wonky. I had to “update” my Libraries before opening.

Deleting prefs and the system restart seemed to address problem. For now
