Import (from same Movies folder Mac Ventura) a project in iMovie 2019

Hi there, new to forum. Running FMPX on Mac Mini M1. My old iMovie Library was copied into this newer Mac and is in Movies Folder. I want to Import/Migrate a project into FMPX. Much is an interview with a person with a distinct stutter and the cuts in iMovie were laborious! my intent is to import the project with its cuts etc - yes, have imported all source/original files/media - AND intend to pre-render in FMPX. Any ideas? I don't want to merely import the output video from 2019 but to touch it up, maybe add more updated media, etc for a fresh version. Attachment is from DBOX

What attachment? I can't see one.
Is your iMovie project safely in Final Cut Pro and on the timeline?
If so, what do you want to do with it?
Cutting out speech errors will be just as laborious in FCP as it is in iMovie.

Something I make use of is MacWhisper to transcribe dialog whereby l can search out the useless utterances of poor speakers without having to listen to the content in real time. Does a great job of pinpointing the likes, you knows, ahhhhhs, and other garbage that peppers peoples conversations these days.
AV file into MW. Export as SRT. Import that into FCP as subtitles and search the SRT with a text editor to get the timecode of the culprits. The good thing about this language litter is that it can be silenced and not be noticed for the most part because there isn't any lip or jaw movement noticeable on screen. You'll have to lay some of the inherent audio background noise into the vacated space but in the end it makes the talent appear reasonably literate and less grating to listen to.

Thank you - first off the speech glitches were cut in iMovie (thank goodness that was done the hard way 3 years ago) and not an issue as I got the entire iMovie project in with it's cuts and stuff in ok - launched iMovie (and the project) and selected export to FMP, FMP launched and it took a while but all came in fine. Thanks for replying - I am good now, but now tweaking and updating it in FMPX and will output another version.

I used a SD card to copy the media folder archive (all clips etc.) and the old iMovie "Movies" DB into the M1 so stuff didn't break and iMovie could open the project there THEN export to FMP. Worked ok but took a while.
