I received a new MacBook Pro m2 max to edit video for broadcast in europe - for that I need to set all my displays to 50p / 50 hertz. It seems to me that it's only possible for the INTERNAL display, on external displays I only get 24, 25, 30 and 60. Is that right? So its unsuitable for any broadcast workflows in Europe?

For some reason only ONE display supports 50 Hertz and ONLY if I select HD-resolution.. Does anyone know the reason?

Ok, I guess its the monitor. Not sure if there are many that support 50 hz uhd..
