Final Cut Title effect no longer working - fixing in motion

Hi all, I have a fake zoom in / out effect that I have used in multiple libraries (it was a free plugin I picked p somewhere) however it isn't working in the latest version of FC 10.6.6 (I get the red screen)
if there a way I can fix this? I have tried changing the <ozml version="5.13"> and splay version to latest motion but doesn't work. It is also locked if I try and open it in motion (anyway to unlock it so I can fix it?)

What's the exact name of the effect? Did I make it? (Probably not).
You cannot advance the build date of Motion projects/templates — you can only *backdate* them. FCP 10.6.6 **should** open every template made all the way back to Motion 5.0.
Usually what breaks templates is some FxPlug code is used that has become obsolete and needs to be updated. It might not even have anything to do with the actual template, but might involve the copy protection or the software used with the installer (like FxFactory, MotionVFX, etc.)
