FCP has gone for a long time with no new updates. Then Apple launched FCP for iPad, the biggest FCP news in years. Apple also added a modest update for FCP for Mac. There have been zero articles on this FCP site about it. This site appears to have less life in it than FCP 10.

It's not like Apple is investing in FCP and new and exciting features (like collaboration, performance enhancements, and big bug fixes, not gimmicks) are coming to FFCP so they can write articles about it.
