Somebody please help me. This is the second time this had happened to me. I started a project a week ago, almost finished editing and when I come back today to continue, I couldn't find the project in my library. I only found the file name in __snapshots with the currentVersion.fcpevent file which cannot be opened. I looked through my backups and couldn't find the project either. It is like it had never existed.

p.s. I am sure that I had opened a project and not a clip.

How long was the project? Check through the clips and see if the length matches. Look through the clips to see if you edited into a clip container.

No sign of the project in any of the clips
