Hello, Firstly, my apologies if this is the incorrect forum for help on FXFactory. I have messaged them directly but also posting here as I'm up against a deadline with a client.

I purchased an animation template through FX Factory (iMockups 3D) for FCPX, which is basically animations of iPhones with Dropzones to add your own footage. Overall everything is great. However there is a faint black line running horizontally and vertically on the screen behind the animation of the iPhone. I’m not sure how to make these 2 lines faint lines disappear as my client has raised the issue in their feedback of the video edit. Is there anyone who can assist me please?
