As per title -
Does such a thing exist?
Eg 70+ photos of a subjects face and you want to create an intense visual effect based upon their eyes being at consistent centre alignment for all images....

ahh, the Godley & Creme / Cry effect from 1985 (grandpa remembers! )


the very manual way:
export a frame of one clip which has the 'right' position
use any paint.app to open this still
paint three lines (one horizontal, two vertical) which 'hit' the eyes
import this new .png to your projects timeline
adjust your 70 pics to that markers…

I'm not aware of any automatic effect
