Sharpen Shape Mask for FCP X

I recently reinstalled Final Cut Pro X and when I did I lost the use of the effect Sharpen Shape Mask. Looking into this I noticed I can't find this effect anywhere on my system nor online. I don't remember where I got it but it was an incredible sharpen tool, the best I've found to date. Anyone know where I can find this effect? I'd even purchase it again, it's that good. 

I have a Sharpen Shape Mask effect in my FCP setup. It's part of the CoreMelt SliceX 4 package. I also have an earlier version still installed. If it's the one to which you refer I agree that the plugin does a wonderful job, and has Mocha tracking built-in, as well.
