Any plugins like EPICOLOR that auto-correct color of each frame?

I am editing long-time seminar footage.
Its luminance and color spectrum change scene by scene.
For example, in one scene a teacher only speaks at the desk, and in another scene a teacher stands in front of a whiteboard.
I'd like to correct the luminance, contrast and color of the footage with minimal effort. I could achieve it if there were a plugin that analyzes each frame and applies an automatic color correction to it.
And I found it, EPICOLOR:
www.epicolor.film/
"every single frame is analyzed in real-time and a correction is calculated" (from the description of EPICOLOR's "Dynamic" mode) was just what I have looked for.
I tried it, however, the result was not sufficient. Surely it corrects each frame but it seems not fit seminar footage.
Are there any other plugins that do such a job?
