Recommended plugins to create a video grid zoom transition in VERTICAL format?

I'm trying to create a video grid/wall zoom transition for an IG Reel and haven't been able to find any plugins that work for a VERTICAL format.  The link below is an example of what I want to create, but I need it in vertical:
