Help! RX 10 De-clip muting audio

Hello everyone,
I am just getting started editing and am not sure if an issue i'm running into is being caused by me not having purchased RX 10 or if its some bug i've found or if its my lack of knowledge that has caused the following issue:

at the end of every clip, the audio gets completely muted by 0.25 or 0.5 seconds (haven't measured it). I was brain storming the issue and the only conclusion I've arrived at is that it's because I haven't yet paid for the plug in(if thats what its called) but I'm not sure if thats the case.

I have attached a video of the problem and if someone could tell me if thats the issue I would be super happy, as then I can just pay for it and continue on my journey. I've tried googling the issue but havent found anything on it(maybe Im just a bad googler)

Some audio plugins don't work within FCP or may work with unreliable results.

You should go to izotope.com and check out the Knowledgebase or product page there for info on system compatibility. You could also look there for articles containing keywords "demo" and "trial" to see if there's an article about how their trial/demo software works...
