Auto Captions Like in Premiere Pro

I'm wondering if any of your very talented humans know of any program or option that can auto generate and export an SRT file in the same manner Premiere Pro can. Premiere's auto caption generation is fast and surprisingly accurate. I can change all of the settings and then export them as an SRT for use later. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my one project per year that I just can't do in FCP because of this.

Used MacWhisper on a set of German accent interviews and it worked well unscrambling his English.

Use FCP. Export AUDIO only. Run through MacWhisper to generate SRT then import back into FCP. Sure there's a few extra turns to make but not having to use PP makes it well worth it.
