Hey Pravin, welcome to the fcp.co forums.
In general it is best to not cross post on help sites. It splits the discussion and solutions for everyone.
Sorry to say, you in deep doo-doo.

Please, before you do anything else, BACKUP!!!!!!! Every editor should have at least 3 backups to different devices and hopefully one of those backups live offsite or online.

Your actions to open the FCP bundle and then making changes, trashing fcp bundle items in the Finder without knowing what it is going to do, is IMHO begging for trouble. (You already know that)
Buy, beg, borrow some external hard drives, make backups using Time Machine, CopyCarbonCloner or other backup software, but make sure to reformat the drives to APFS. You have an M1 Mac so don't ever use FAT32/EXFAT for FCP media/backups. You have Paragon installed to handle the FAT32/EXFAT>MacOS file system, this can cause problems.

   disk4 - LaCie USB 3.0 Drive 4.00 TB    External USB 480 Mbit/s USB        disk4s1 - EFI (MS-DOS FAT32) [EFI] 210 MB        disk4s2 - L*********e 4.00 TB (3.48 TB used)
Your external drive is too full = beachball! Try to keep at least 25% free space on drive.

Get rid of the USB2 drive/hub and any USB2 only cables. Your LaCie USB3 drive(5GBs data transfer) is now a  USB2 device with maximum of ~480Mbps speed. Go mark every device/cable with transfer protocols and use at least USB3 or Thunderbolt devices and cables. Absolute must, do not use any USB2 device/cable. BEACHBALL. If you use any USB2 device including the CABLE, you will only have a slow USB2 computer storage. Cables are not marked so you need to use cable tester or System Report under About this Mac.

As mentioned, remove Chrome and all extensions. Chrome has caused many beachballs and Swap usage.
Follow all the advice given on Apple forums. Many of the same contributors here as there.

Do you have the original media? Camera cards or first transfer location device?
Looks like the media is on the external LaCie drive. Have you checked these files and viewed them in QT or VLC? Do they play with sound?  Protect these files as it is likely that you will need to rebuild your project. BACKUP

Go the FCP preferences and turn Automatic save back-ups. These files are small and seldom cause issues, but this makes a reference database file backup of all changes you make while editing every ~15 minutes or so. This is an important safety feature to make sure you can go back in Time if something corrupts the project.

Even though I said not to open the fcp bundle, do so and look in the "Original Media" folder. Is your media present? If so, COPY do not move the contents to one of your new APFS formatted drives. Then back that drive up, especially if this is your only copy of media.
Move any media out of the Downloads folder and consolidate the media. Using the consolidate function inside of FCP to an external drive consolidate all your media to an fast external drive preferrably an ssd USB3 gen2 or Thunderbolt drive with appropriate cables.

I also suspect that you may have an audio file that is either incompatible, corrupted or possibly it is the slow lane due to USB2 pipeline. Several times you have a "timeout" and high CPU usage. Not sure if the problematic audio is video recordings or added sound or sound effects.
Crashed Thread:        32  Dispatch queue: NSManagedObjectContext 0x6000121000d0
This is a NextStep (NS) call in the MacOS library. This may indicate an OS corruption or bad file execution. It could be caused by having your drive formatted into EXFAT not APSF.

Can you Open a new FCP project via OPTION key on Launch? Do your other projects open?
If you can start new project and open other projects, then FCP is most likely OK but reinstalling FCP may correct any corruption to the app itself. If you can't open a new project, you may have FCP issue or possibly an MacOS issue.

Looks like you are not up to date on MacOS Ventura. I believe that the latest update had some bug fixes that affected external drives, but don't hold me to that. You may want to consider updating the MacOS and reinstall FCP. Normally I would advise not updating mid project, but you may not have a choice.

Back UP Back UP BACKUP.  Best advice I can give.

Hope this Helps, Greg
