UPDATE: Issue fixed by moving the .flexolibrary file inside the package to the trash
Just leaving this in case someone else has that issue..

Help!
This morning none of my events or projects are showing up in my library.
I'm pretty sure they are still intact because when right clicking the "Shw Package Content" I can see all the events and media. Any suggestion?

Try opening your latest backup from inside FCP.
