I have a picture ready to send for sound and I need to send an OMF or AAF. Does FCPX still not do that? If not, am I right my only option is X2Pro?

Three options: 1) X2Pro or 2) send an FCPXML to Resolve and have Resolve generate an AAF. The latter might be a bit dicey, so you'll have to check it first in Resolve. 3) If you own Logic Pro, you could also go FCPXML into Logic Pro and then generate an AAF from there.

FCP only exports FCPXML lists. Nothing else. Also OMF is sort of a legacy format. Adobe still exports it as well as AAF, however, most audio folks with updated Pro Tools versions seem to prefer AAF.
