Audio settings need some clarification please. was created by dfphoto1
Dear group, I am having some confusion when using a multicam clip on my timeline especially with the audio portion.
I did a favor for a client and shot a wedding video, 3 camera and 2 zoom recorders, in the multicam clip in the audio clips I did my settings such as equalization loudness, voice iso and pan. Those settings are available in the separate Dialog channels, but above those separate channels lies a Dialogue box with all my dialog channels bundled.
Question 1 should be setting adjustments to each channel separately and the overall in the Main Dialogue box?
Once I am done with that in the entire clip I go up to dropping this multicam clip into my timeline and here I do what everyone does and edit the various angles into a final clip but I have again and it looks very neutral and I am wondering if you or I am suppose reset my settings now that I am in the timeline... I am doing that now and it's killing me as the audio is sounding better but it painstaking... and time consuming.
What am I missing here... Thank you very much in advance to helping me....
