Where should 3rd party SoundFX folders be placed so they appear in FCPX sfx?

I'd like to have FCPX and Logic Pro X be able to access the sound effects I've downloaded from 3rd party websites like freesound.org or wherever.  For FCPX where should folders of sounds be placed so that they appear within the Sound Effects tab between Libraries and Title Generators? For Logic Pro X, where should sound fx libraries be placed so they show up? I thought at some point one could have all the effects from LogicProX be made available to fcpx..so that would be ideal, and I forget that process..so tips about that would be super helpful. But for those who don't have Logic Pro X, it would be good to know where to place sounds just for FCPX. [OSX 10.15.7 & 12.5 - FCPX 10.5 & 10.6]

For FCP sound library use, I put my 3rd-party sounds in several folders on a media drive I always have mounted (in one main folder). I then created and alias to that main folder and put it here:

/Library/Audio/Apple Loops/Apple/Final Cut Pro Sound Effects/
