Sped up audio sounding like a robot...

first off; just found this forum and I'm so impressed with all the willingness to help with various topics. happy to be part of the community!

now, to my little question here:
I just bought a new podcast mic (Shure MV7).

previously when editing my videos, I've sped up my footage to 115%, with the audio coming from my Rode VideoMic Pro plugged into my Sony A7iii. the audio has been just fine even though I speed up the footage.

now when doing this with the new Shure MV7 podcast mic, as a separate audio file recorded with QuickTime audio capture, the audio starts to sound robotish even at 105% speed.

any ideas why this might be? I can't find anything when googling... 

I attached an audio file with the first part being sped up and the last part being at normal speed.
