I need to make some gradient colors in a moving FCP slide that are more granular than what the 0.000 to 1 choice that is available in some Generators (why not all?). …for use in cinema DCPs, which are 12 bit, 4096 choices.
I can do this using Affinity Designer with its 16-bit color choices in RGB. It just would be easier to skip that step if possible.
Am I missing some option in FCP or in Motion that would give me 4096 steps of color?
