Why is my screen size in play back so small?

I am  not sure why the screen image in play back is so small in my project. This is basically a video presentation with primarily photos. I have tried to use transform to enlarge the image  but the image is expanded out side of the small screen viewing area.

I worked all day on this project and just tried to view it .... and I am not sure if or how I can salvage this project.

What have I doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.

Rich

I figured it out but I have another question for a new post.
