I am editing a tvc.

Cam operator accidentally shot in 50p, sound guy recorded sound set to 25p (you know with the buzzy reference timecode track on mono 2 that you turn off in post)

So I am trying to sync via timecode - but Final cut is having none of it! - it just stacks all the takes on top of each other at the start of the created sync clip

does anyone have a workaround for this that will save me manually syncing all the takes (which is slowly driving me crazy) ?
