Mark Spencer tutorial on FC key framing problem was created by Albo

Hello,
I saw not that long ago a tutorial by Mark Spencer.
It was about solving that...stupid...S movement that you get when you keyframe in FC.
I can't seem to find it.
Has anyone got a link ?

UPDATE: Found it here:

Thanks.
