DPR file to xml file conversion; older OSX

hi

i am a new guest here in the forum although i have read it off and on for many years looking for particular questions i have had regarding older versions of fcpx and fcp

i will be getting a friend to convert a Da Vinci Resolve DRP file to an xml file through his usage of the Da Vinci 17 version of the software

i would then like to somehow run the xml in fcpx 10.4 on Sierra

is there a setting he can make in DR to straight away make an xml usable in 10.4

would he first have to convert them first to older versions of DR or fcpx before the final exp[ort to 10.4
