Interesting. Not seeing that in the US App Store, or on the FCP release notes page.

I just hit reload page in ("U.S.") App Store (with Updates selected) and FCP 10.6.3 and iMovie 10.3.3, among others, just showed up...

Installed. Third-party Sound Effects are back. Transitions bug fixed.

Good. I like the bug fix releases.

Interesting that iMovie just dropped a bug fix update that addresses the same issue... a reminder at how closely tied their codebases are.

I have transitions not working after this 10.6.3 update. However they do all seem to be 3rd party transitions that are broke, for what that's worth.

I wish they did more bug fix updates as now anything that this one broke won't be fixed for a few months.

Can you elaborate a bit here? In what way are they not working? Which 3rd party?

I've tested a bunch today, and haven't found any that don't work as expected.

I've got an event open right now containing multiple project files utilizing the same footage and audio files. The 2nd project is just a different cut of the exact same files.

The first project I have a transition called "Colorful Circle Transition 06" used to close out the edit. (these are presentations from a live event) The first project renders the circles. The 2nd project, nothing is happening. The transition is there, you can see it on the timeline and the index shows that it's there, but nothing is appearing.

Transition was applied the same way for both projects.

You could try copying everything in the problem project, create a new project and paste. This can sometimes clear subtle project corruption.
